I'm really hoping to find a reliable Mercedes workshop in Musaffah Shabiya that has proper diagnostic tools and won't keep my car hostage for a week while ordering parts from who knows where. Also, would be great if they actually communicate clearly instead of giving vague answers like "we'll see" – I'm the type of person who likes to understand what's being done and why. Has anyone had good experiences with a specific place around there? I'm willing to pay fair rates for peace of mind, just don't want to be another cautionary tale on this forum.
